How It Began

Hi, I’m Claudia.

This journey didn’t begin with a business plan, it began with the realization that building the life I wanted meant learning the skills to do it myself, in the absence of a partner. I started building as a way to learn how to use tools while also giving myself a creative outlet. I began creating pieces for my own space and selling them locally.

Then, a customer asked if I could make a custom piece for her child.

That one request changed everything.

I realized there was a real need for children’s furniture that wasn’t just beautiful, but practical pieces that fit into real homes, worked in small spaces, and supported everyday family life.

Claudia Marie & Co. grew from there.

Today, I design and build thoughtful, high-quality furniture that supports children’s independence while fitting seamlessly into the way families actually live.

What We Create

We believe childhood deserves spaces as intentional and beautiful as the memories created within them.

By pairing the natural warmth of wood with thoughtful, functional design, we craft calm, inviting environments where curiosity is sparked, confidence is built, and learning unfolds naturally through play.

We design and create Montessori-inspired furniture, play pieces, and printable activities that gently guide children toward independence, empowering them to explore, create, and discover the world at their own pace.
